Sloped window sills and advanced framing techniques are a few methods we use to ensure our homes are high performance and energy efficient. Our ZIP System weather barrier and insulation packages provide a solid foundation for delivering comfortable homes.
Ensuring quality in our builds.
We use blower door tests to assess the air tightness of our homes. This gives us a measure of the quality of the building envelope and allows us to find leaks and energy losses. Also, to improve budget clarity, all of our clients are given access to CoConstruct software during the build so they have records of the investments and timeline.

Will had the opportunity in July to speak with FoxWeather on behalf of Build Show Network to help those experiencing storms and heavy rain in the northeast. Take a look as Will addresses the first few steps of beginning recovery efforts after a flood.
We were thankful to bring home two first place wins at the Home Builders Association of Alabama Remodeling Excellence Awards in April! Our renovation of the historic House of Vacuums building in east Florence won in both the Historic Preservation and Commercial Renovation categories. The AREA competition celebrates the best of remodeling craftsmanship, innovation, and attention to detail. We were honored to receive recognition in both of these categories!
In September 2022, Will became a regular contributing expert to Build Show Network. Build Show is a one stop shop for building education, and Will's weekly videos will focus on different aspects of custom home building. Take a look at his page here!
Will was recently featured as part of a Builder Spotlight for the ROCKWOOL R-Class program. This program connects builders throughout the country and serves as a resource for ROCKWOOL products. We appreciate the shout out from R-Class!
What a fantastic day filming with Matt Risinger and the local fire department to test how our roof system would perform with 1,5000 gallons of water. When we got the opportunity to bring Will's two careers together, we couldn't say no!
