This family brought some very unique and custom ideas for their build to High Cotton Homes. The exterior of the home features Eldorado Stone, and a large covered back porch, complete with an outdoor fireplace and radiant heaters. On the exterior, they incorporated a half bath that is accessed from the pool area and included an outdoor shower. The lower valve on the shower even allows for a warm bath for any four legged friends.

The 4 bedroom, 5 bath home will remain comfortable year round thanks to spray foam, and they are ensured safe indoor air quality with an active radon system. In the living room, the Eldorado stone fireplace features a modern firebox insert which will provide both beauty and warmth. The master bath boasts a relaxing soaker tub with a custom nook seated above it and a stunning walk in shower with glass walls and a pebble floor. They selected a wifi enabled tankless water heater with a built in recirculating pump that will eliminate the delay in hot water reaching any of the faucets. The upstairs area is complete with a media room, play space with custom storage and a rubber floor workout area. The build was finished off with a specially designed home network system.
