We are now a licensed builder in Tennessee!
Since summer of 2024, we are a licensed home builder in Tennessee! Our office is located in the northwest corner of Alabama, and we are able to build your custom home in the following Southern Middle Tennessee Counties: Hardin, Wayne, Lawrence, Giles, Maury, Perry and Lewis. Please contact us if you are interested in a new build near these locations! We do offer design services without construction for some projects.
Southern Living Home Summit
Fortified Panel
Will was honored to be part of the expert panel discussing Fortified construction at the annual Home Summit held in Fairhope, Alabama this year. The panel presented different techniques to create a home that is better prepared to handle the severe weather we receive in the South. High Cotton Homes participates in the Fortified program, sponsored by the Insurance Institute for Business and Home Safety, which gives our clients stronger homes and homeowner insurance discounts in some scenarios. Will had the opportunity to speak with FoxWeather on behalf of Build Show Network to help those experiencing storms and heavy rain in the northeast. Take a look as Will addresses the first few steps of beginning recovery efforts after a flood.
Will was recently featured as part of a Builder Spotlight for the ROCKWOOL R-Class program. This program connects builders throughout the country and serves as a resource for ROCKWOOL products. We appreciate the shout out from R-Class!
What a fantastic day filming with the local fire department to test how our roof system would perform with 1,5000 gallons of water. When we got the opportunity to bring Will's two careers together, we couldn't say no!
