Will was born and raised in Leighton, AL. After graduating from Muscle Shoals High School, he moved to Birmingham and married his wife, Brooke. In 2007, he became a professional firefighter/ paramedic and went on to graduate from Athens State University with a Bachelors in Public Safety and Health Administration.  In 2011, Will renovated and flipped a home in Birmingham, AL, and was able to find success with several more over the next few years. This early remodeling gave him a unique insight into building structure and the "what not to do's" in homes. In 2013, he and Brooke moved back to Tuscumbia where he trained to be an appraiser, but he truly loved the building and structural side of homes. Early in 2016, Will observed the need for current building science in the Shoals area, so he completed the training to become a licensed home builder and formed High Cotton Homes. Will made the incredibly tough decision to leave Decatur Fire and Rescue in March of 2018 and focus on growing High Cotton Homes. Will has two beautiful daughters that keep him busy in his off time.

Tyler was born and raised in Scottsboro, AL. After graduating highschool with honors, Tyler attended UAB for Marketing and Industrial Distribution. He entered the construction industry about 10 years ago as a welder and then as an ironworking foreman with a traveling crew. However, both of his grandfathers were master carpenters, so there was a natural draw for Tyler to build upon his metal working skills and transition into carpentry.  Tyler is currently finishing up his degree, and he plans to continue to master the trade and industry and use his knowledge and professionalism in the role of lead carpenter or superintendent.  Tyler is an avid golfer, has a passion for gardening and cooking from scratch and enjoys time off with his girlfriend of 3 years, Elizabeth.
