This was a special project for High Cotton Homes! This family relocated to Florence, AL from Mississippi and was featured on HGTV's House Hunters! When they called, they needed to add extra space, and they needed it quick! We were able to complete this pool house in under one month, just in time for filming!

This pool house was designed to flow seamlessly with the surroundings and existing home. With seven children, this family needed extra space and also an area for family to come visit and stay. The pool house features a bathroom with a custom tiled shower, kitchen with an ice maker, a living area and a Murphy bed! It is heated and cooled with a Mitsubishi mini split unit. The luxury vinyl plank flooring will be perfect for lots of traffic and pool water.  One "must have" feature was a large porch and an outdoor kitchen, complete with Challenger custom weatherproof cabinetry, a smoker/grill and a Kamodo egg! The spacious porch was the ideal spot for an outdoor dining space and sectional couch that ensures the whole family can enjoy the wood burning fireplace!
