This home was designed to maximize lake life and weekend fun on Wilson Lake. The thoughtfully designed exterior uses a combination of Alabama limestone, black Boral TrueExterior siding and a standing seam metal roof for high curb appeal and low maintenance.

Walking in through the Metro Steel pivot door, you are welcomed into an open concept space to host friends and family. The main floor integrates indoor and outdoor living with large bifold doors opening to the back deck. The kitchen features dark oak cabinetry, Santorini quartzite and panel ready Subzero appliances. The design in the kitchen incorporates two dishwashers, a 48" Wolf gas range, a pellet ice maker, and a Pella pass through window from the kitchen to the back deck to make hosting more enjoyable. There is also a coffee and cocktail wet bar area for guests to make themselves at home. Moving into the master suite, the modern trim accent and automatic shades make the space cozy. The en-suite features an air jet tub, two Brizo shower heads, and thoughtfully designed touches such as the pop up outlet for charging toothbrushes.

The stairway leading to the upstairs was crafted from white oak treads and a floating steel frame. The bedrooms on the second floor will sleep up to 16 people and the bathrooms each hold two custom tile showers to make it easier for groups to get ready. Moving to the basement, an entertainment area was designed by air sealing the Clopay garage door with Thermotracks. By having the ability to heat and cool the basement garage, the family now has a comfortable storage space and lounge area.

On the TimberTech back deck overlooking Wilson Lake, a nine foot Isokern Magnum fireplace, infrared heaters and Armor motorized screens make the space usable year round. The Alabama limestone pool deck, heated pool and spa, putting green, fire pit and Sonos sound system create multiple entertainment spaces for family and guests.

The entire home has a specially designed water system with filtration and three tankless water heaters to service the home seamlessly. Rockwool Safe-N-Sound insulation was used in the interior walls for sound reduction when large groups are staying. Overall, the upgrades throughout the space make the home perform optimally for the owners and guests alike.
